Walk Description: This is a circular walk, which will include a short visit to a viewing area by an Ermita just as we leave the town. Later we will visit two ancient aqueducts, known locally as four and five eyes because of the number of arches. There is nothing technically difficult about the walk, it goes up and down repeatedly so no long climbs. The white road will reflect the heat so be prepared for semi desert conditions! J As we go we will be able to inspect progress on the AVE track as they construct the spur to Murcia. As ever there are good views which are constantly changing and we see some interesting things along the way. Oh, I nearly forgot, there is a small pub by the street parking so rehydration at the end of the walk shouldn’t be an issue!
Lunch: Nothing arranged.
Special Notes: None.
Equipment: Your usual walking kit, including First Aid kit, with any food you might require and plenty of water. It will probably be hot, so sunscreen, hats etc.!
Dogs: This walk is suitable for well-behaved dogs under owner, make sure they carry plenty of water…!
